S.P Tucker IAS (Retd.)

Mr. S.P. Tucker, a retired IAS officer, serves as the Chairman and Chief Mentor of the Poverty Learning Foundation (PLF). During his tenure as Chief Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, he played a key role in establishing the Vision Management Unit, designing the Smart Village and Smart Ward Programme, and implementing strategies that led to four consecutive years of double-digit growth

In addition, Mr. Tucker oversaw Planning and served as the Agricultural Production Commissioner, where he launched numerous development initiatives. He also held the positions of Executive Vice Chairman of the Economic Development Board and CEO of the Strategic Institute of Andhra Pradesh.

Sanjay Gupta IFS (Retd.)

Mr. Sanjay Gupta, an IFS officer from the 1987 batch, brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, vision development, and management for the state government. As Secretary of Planning, he played a key role in promoting economic growth by creating numerous investment and job opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Gupta has worked extensively in natural resource management, focusing on water and forests, with an emphasis on community participation.

Mr.Sanjay is a seasoned businessman and a hospitality industry expert with over 15 years of experience. He has successfully established ventures in co-living spaces, corporate food catering services, and restaurants. A law graduate with an advanced degree in political science, Sanjay began his entrepreneurial journey with Relish Dhaba, a popular restaurant well-known for attracting celebrities and other prominent patrons.

Nehru Babu

Mr.Nehru is a multifaceted professional, known as a business visionary, tech expert, and serial entrepreneur. Holding a master’s degree in computer science, he has held senior positions in multi-million dollar companies worldwide. Driven by his passion for hospitality, Nehru transitioned into the industry, combining his deep expertise in technology and hospitality to co-found ATNEST, a tech-driven co-living platform, alongside his partners.

Ram Mohan

Mr.Mohan is a business strategist and operations specialist who has held leadership roles in multinational companies. A growth hacker with expertise in team management, he holds a degree in hospital management. Mr.Rajendra Prasad is a passionate entrepreneur and accomplished engineer with experience in both India and the USA, having worked with Fortune 500 companies.
